Michael H. Dosik, MD, FACP
Dr. Dosik is a graduate of Cornell University and Cornell University Medical College.
He completed residency training in internal Medicine at the UCLA Medical Center
and a fellowship in Medical Oncology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center
(MSKCC) leading to triple Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology
and Hematology.
A founder of North Shore Hematology/Oncology Associates (NSHOA), Dr. Dosik is the former Chief of the Hematology/Oncology Division at Mather Memorial Hospital and St. Charles Hospital, and was on staff at MSKCC as a consultant for more than 20 years.
Dr. Dosik has been involved in numerous studies of cancer drugs, and has co-authored several articles and abstracts concerning cancer treatment and cancer biolgy.
His current clinical interests include Breast Cancer, Gynecologic Malignancies, and Cancer Genetics; and his research involves elucidating the role of viruses in human cancer.
