From the Long Island Expressway(LIE) East
Go to Exit 56 Rt. 111 North towards Smithtown
Travel north on Route 111 until Route 25 (Main Street) in Smithtown intersects Route 111.
Make a left turn onto Main Street and travel through the town to the statue of the Smithtown Bull, where 25 and 25A intersect.
At the statue of the Smithtown Bull, bear right onto 25A.
Go to the first traffic light and make a left turn into the Medical Center. Travel to the top of the hill.
