 Dr. Jeffrey Vacirca is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
After receiving his BA in Human Biology at University at Albany, Dr. Vacirca on to get his M.D. from St. Georges University School of Medicine. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine as well as his Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at University Hospital at Stony Brook, where he was named Chief Fellow in his final year of training.
Dr. Vacirca has a faculty appointment of Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at University Hospital at Stony Brook.
Along with coauthoring numerous publications pertaining to Hematology/Oncology, Dr. Vacirca is also involved in several Clinical Research Trials as both Primary and Sub-Investigator.
